When you come to me for a Reiki session, we’ll start with a brief intake and consultation so I can hear about your needs and what you’re hoping to heal or release. I want to understand where you’re at, so we can make the session as effective and healing as possible. Then, when you’re lying comfortably on the table, we’ll take a few moments to breathe deeply together to help you relax and center yourself. This is your time to let go and let the healing begin.
During the session, I’ll either place my hands gently on or hover them just above your body, depending on what feels right for you. My goal is to make sure you feel completely at ease. I may also use crystals, placing them around you or on specific areas of your body to support your healing in a way that’s unique to your energy.
At the end of the session, you’ll intuitively pick a stress relief card, which will provide some additional insight or guidance that I hope will support you as you move forward. Afterward, we’ll talk about your experience, and I’ll listen closely to how you're feeling. We’ll reflect together on any shifts you may have noticed and discuss how you can continue to nurture yourself after the session.
This session is about you—empowering you to reconnect with your inner strength, release any tension or blockages, and leave feeling more balanced, calm, and at peace. I’m here for you, woman to woman, to support you in your journey toward healing and well-being.
